Sunnybank<\/h3>\n

This is the latest project completed by Goh Constructions. The 1950\u2019s post-war house was mostly original and very run-down. All lead paint and asbestos was removed before the house received a major renovation. \u00a0The back of the original house including the laundry was removed and added to the side of the house to work in with new boundary set-backs. Some internal walls were re-configured to create a better internal layout. The home was specifically designed for an elderly couple in a way that it can be modified in the future to suit any special accessibility needs.<\/p>\n

This renovation project was awarded the WINNER in the 2019 HIA\/CSR Brisbane Renovation\/Addition Project up to $300,000 category.<\/em><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Sunnybank Hills<\/h3>\n

A custom built home representing great use of a narrow residential block. Goh Constructions was smart in their approach to building on this 400 sqm site, successfully constructing an affordable spec home, spacious enough for the modern day family to enjoy. Featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a study plus outdoor entertaining area at the rear which spills out onto a fully landscaped back yard. It offers a style and quality which could not be matched in its price bracket.<\/p>\n

Mansfield<\/h3>\n

The young family who lived in this home wanted a place where they could relax as a family and entertain their friends and relatives. With the original house being quite small and closed in, the addition of a 45sqm outdoor living area and bar totally transformed this family home.<\/span><\/p>\n

Goh Constructions worked with the home owners to install timber bi-fold doors opening out onto a massive custom built 45 sqm patio on the north-east side of the house. To gain full advantage of this new outdoor living area, an outdoor bar was also built and stocked.<\/p>\n

Tingalpa<\/h3>\n

The existing ensuite was in need of an update. It was stripped back to the bare timber frame before a complete rebuild and reconfiguration was undertaken. A larger window was installed to allow more natural light and ventilation and it was finished off with high quality fittings.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
