In engaging GOH Constructions to build a large deck off the living area, they were able to take advantage of the home&#8217;s elevation and north-east\u00a0aspect whilst also positively contributing to their lifestyle.<\/p>\n<p>Being a high-set home, the addition of a deck also created extra space underneath for GOH Constructions to incorporate a large laundry and drying area in place of \u00a0what was once a small tired old laundry.
